Using This Website

These terms cover your use of the Roofing Wilder website, which serves homeowners in Wilder, Kentucky and the surrounding area. By reading or browsing the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

General Information, Not a Diagnosis

Our pages explain how roofs, gutters and siding work and why they fail: lifted shingle tabs, cracked pipe boots, rusted step flashing, clogged downspouts. That information is general. It cannot tell you what is happening on your home.

A stain on a ceiling can start several feet uphill from where it shows. The actual cause is found only by looking at the roof itself, so please do not make repair or insurance decisions based on this website alone.

Estimates and Work Agreements

Nothing on this site is a price, a bid or a contract. Any estimate comes after we have seen your roof and talked with you by phone. Scope, materials, schedule and cost for any job are settled between you and us directly, separate from these terms.
